Add man pages for all three binaries under man/, and install them with
`make install` to $(MANDIR) (= $(PREFIX)/share/man/man1); `make uninstall`
removes them. lectio(1) documents every flag, the config files (corpora, names,
ui, calendars, sanctorale) and examples; the ui/web pages are short. They
render clean under man/mandoc.
