NOTICE: record corpus provenance and licences accurately

The file asserted that no copyrighted translation is redistributed and listed
all four corpora as public domain. Neither is true any longer, and one of them
never was.

  * wuj is public domain EXCEPT roughly 300 verses -- the deuterocanonical
    passages biblia.info.pl does not carry at all -- which come from the 1962
    Styś revision. Wujek's translation is public domain; ks. Styś died in 1959,
    so his revision is in copyright in Poland until the end of 2029. It is used
    by permission granted for this project, which is NOT a general licence:
    anyone redistributing the corpus, or shipping a fullbible binary, needs
    their own. The passages are listed.

  * grb's New Testament is the SBLGNT under CC BY 4.0, which REQUIRES
    attribution -- previously absent entirely. grb's own README still calls it
    "non-commercial", which is out of date; sblgnt.com now serves CC BY 4.0.
    The required notice is given, including that the text is modified here
    (apparatus sigla stripped, non-canonical books omitted).

  * grb's Old Testament is Rahlfs' Septuagint and its status is genuinely
    unsettled -- Rahlfs died in 1935, but the Deutsche Bibelgesellschaft
    asserts rights, the 2006 editio altera is a separate work, and get.bible
    labels the same text "Copyrighted; Free non-commercial distribution".
    Recorded as unsettled rather than claimed either way.

Also notes the eight Douay-Rheims verses filled from get.bible's public-domain
douayrheims, and that Baruch 6:37 is a versification difference rather than a
gap.
