chore(of): extend lectionary harvest to 2018-2025 (98.4% coverage)
More true-ferial years per position; 359/365 days of 2026 now resolve. The 6
residual gaps are rare pre-Lent Ordinary-Time positions (weeks 3/4/9) that never
occurred as a true ferial in the harvestable past (niedziela publishes no future
years) -- an irreducible limit of date-based harvesting, documented.
