make: add install-full (installs all three with wuj/drb/grb embedded)
`install` builds the vul-only default; `install-full` mirrors it but with
-tags fullbible, so lectio, lectio-ui and lectio-web all ship the optional
corpora. Prints a reminder that those are third-party scripture and such a
build is not freely redistributable (see NOTICE).
