feat(calendar): EF (1962) temporal cycle temporalEF + EF seasons
8 EF seasons by date boundary (Septuagesima, Passiontide, Time after Epiphany/ Pentecost + shared); major feasts of the Lord; Christ the King = last Sun of October. ParseRank accepts EF ranks.
